Identity and family records, the complete history of the fleet sale and contract assignments with bank records, any prior U.S. immigration or legal history, and a dated copy of the official instructions. The fee is nonrefundable, so the file is assembled first.
Assemble the money story before the fee, because the fee does not come back
The processing fee is described as nonrefundable, which reverses the usual order: the applicant should be confident of the answers to the questions the vetting will ask before starting. For the funds, that means the equipment sale invoices for each harvester, forwarder and truck, the assignment agreements transferring mill contracts to the larger operator, the closing statements, and bank records showing the proceeds landing and remaining available. Corporate tax returns for the harvesting company and personal returns for the contractor tie the accumulation to lawful business over years.
For the people, passports, birth and marriage certificates, and a frank list of every previous U.S. entry, work permit, refusal or legal matter for each family member. For the program, print the official page and FAQ on the day they are read and note the figures and steps, because they are the terms that will be compared with any later instruction from USCIS.
Keep the broker's written proposal too; if its promises differ from the official text, that difference is worth knowing before the fee is paid.
