The employer's letter, proof of citizenship, the credential the Appendix 2 entry names with any translation, and evidence of the employment terms. Bring originals or certified copies, and organize them in the order the officer will read them.
Arrange the file in the order the officer reads it
Put the passport and the employer letter on top, because the officer's first questions are who you are and what you are coming to do. Behind them, place the qualification document that the Appendix 2 entry names: the licence card and a current confirmation from the professional order, or the diploma with an official transcript. If any document is in French, add a translation; the port of entry is not obliged to read French.
Add the offer letter or contract showing salary and duration, and a short résumé that matches the dates in everything else. Leave out material that raises questions the file does not need to answer, such as a business card for a side company, unless that company is part of the arrangement, in which case disclose it plainly. Keep a second copy at home in case the file is retained.
